What is Yoga Part (3)

Yoga is basics of meditation in spiritual world. Maharishi Patanjali has formulating the Yoga education in Sutra’s which is available in Veda’s. According to Honor recognition, Veda’s is basics of all education in the world ( for more understanding need to learn Veda’s). So Yoga, which is leading human for Inner spiritual meditation, has given by the Parmatma (God) in Veda’s. Maharishi Patanjali has compiled Yoga knowledge for human being in form of Sutra’s. Maharishi Vyas explanation the Yoga Sutra’s with proof, which help to understand the Yoga Sutra’s which is given by Maharishi Patanjali. Apart from Maharishi Vyas, ots of other person has also give explanation of Yoga Sutra’s but Maharishi Vyas Explanation is best in all to understand the Yoga.
In Mythological world, superior person’s has considered Maharishi Vyas explanation is Authentic. But they have added their own opinion and mixed all the explanation of Vyas and try to make Authentic like Maharishi Vyas explanation. Which is against the Veda’s and in this way the accusation of this which is not in Vyas Bhashya (Explanation of Yoga Sutra’s By Maharishi Vyas) also got place in the public through these mixed explanation by others. Apart from it, Maharishi Dayanand keeps completely Authentic to Vyas Bhashya on Yoga. 
Vyas Bhashya on Yoga Sutra’s is not independent book. But it’s a part of Vedic Literature. There is nothing in that is against the Veda’s 
Veda’s is completely God given knowledge due to this reason; this is not given by any human and independent comes in the category of certification and Authentic. Apart from it the human written books, which is not any evidence in veda’s, has also authentic after the veda’s.
All this explanation I am giving you because you must be nderstand what is veda's and how we considers to Yoga is Authentic. We also try to explain about from where we can learn more about Yoga. How to find books on Yoga, which is available in market.

What is Yoga Part (2)

In last post i tried to explain about yoga. today i will explain about what Maharishi Patanjali has given to us.

Maharishi Patanjali has given the Yoga with Sutras. And all Sutra has divided into 4 ways.
1- SamadhiPaad
2- SadhanPaad
3- VibhutiPaad
4- KaivalyaPaad

As I have posted in my last blog, through Asana and Pranayam human able to make himself healthy. Apart from it they never think about the Yoga which goes beyond of it. But Maharishi Patanjali has very clearly explained about control of your thoughts. which continuously creates in your mind. Example: when we be a part of group discussion, lots of thoughts continuously start to comes in our mind. We start thinking about what i will answer during my turn and immediately they thinks about the result of group discussion. But if you failed then again you start thinking on the same topic which you have already completed. Such kind of thoughts, which continuously moving in our mind with positive and negative reaction. We need to control.
Why we need to control our thoughts: Our thought which come in our mind without thinking on it which is not helping us to concentrate towards our self. Example: A newly purchases car give lots of happiness in family. But immediately if any scratch has come on your new car than immediately your reaction has changed. Its mean all the thing which is physical available is not allow to controls your thoughts.
Remember, those things make you happy is reason to make you sad.

In next i will start explain to all 4 topics so that we can understand, where Yoga is stand and what kind of Yoga we are doing on daily basis.

What is yoga

We have got a new day on international level that is Yoga. Every 21 June we are celebrating this Yoga Day.

Everybody asking lots of questions, why this yoga days is required. What kind of celebration it is. What will happen when we are start to do Yoga. Due to this reason I have started thinking on it to explain about Yoga.

Generally we are doing Asana and Pranayam which we know as Yoga. Yoga is sanskrit word. That mean is combination. Example. If we want to make my house we need cements, concrete, glass, pipe, bricks, wood, labour who do constructional work also. Mean lots of things are combine and making effort to your house beautiful. Same Yoga is not only a Asana and Pranayam. There is lots of activities there.

Today I have try to explain vision of Maharishi Patanjali. Why Indian are so much aggressive to do Yoga not only for yoga day. They are doing it on daily basis.

In next of my post we will learn about yoga in details as per Maharishi Patanjali.
