Yoga is part of daily life. We are doing Asana and Pranayama
on daily basis. Which we know as Yoga. Apart from it we know the meditation
which is also part of Yoga. We are trying to explain what yoga is and how we
can perform Yoga on daily basis. For better understanding we are start to write
a blog for all Yoga lovers. SO they must understand the Yoga on depth. Some
people are educating the Ashtang Yoga which is also part of yoga.
Maharishi Patanjali has given Yoga in form of Sutra’s which
explanation has given by maharishi Vyas. Currently we have learned so many
books about Yoga which is written by different people and they have mentioned
his own opinion for explanation of Yoga. Which is not considered as authentic
by veda’s. Due to this reason we need to understand what Maharishi Vyas
explanation has given on Yoga.
Today we are enjoying Yoga on special Yoga day on 21 Jun of
Every year. This is so good for Yoga lover. Yoga is not only the part to keep physically
healthy but also help to us to learn to our soul with mentally peace. We are
initiated this topics so that all yoga lovers must be understand the history of
yoga and rules of Yoga and go towards Moksha.
